Security Deposit
A £200 security deposit is due for payment when you make your final booking payment. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of departure.
- Payment Terms
A non-refundable holding deposit of 30% of the rental cost will be required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance of 70% will be required six weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. Should the booking be less than six weeks in advance the full amount will be required upon booking. - Cancellations
The holding deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date, the balance payment will be refundable. However, for cancellations made within the 60 day prior to arrival date, the balance payment is not refundable.
